These are just some of the adjectives that come to mind when talking about Pixies Preserves, a Halfmoon-based producer of jams and jellies crafted the “old fashioned way.”

Since the company’s founding by Michelle Petuske (aka “Pixie”), all of Pixies Preserves’ unique variety jams and wine jellies, ale jellies and fruit butters have been made with love on the family’s kitchen stove before being sold at its farm stand, local Farmers Markets and several retail locations in the Capital Region.

In an effort to heighten awareness of Pixies Preserves and increase sales, Petuske turned to Rueckert Advertising for strategic branding and messaging. We redesigned the company’s website (pixiespreserves.com) and incorporated a robust e-commerce backend for internet sales. Additionally, since labels play such a fundamental role in the sales process, we refreshed the Pixies logo, as well as updated her entire line of product labels so that they had a consistent look and feel and reflected the company’s unique craftsmanship.
