Albany Law School
Founded in 1851 and located in the heart of New York’s capital, Albany Law School is the continent’s oldest independent law school, esteemed alumni of which include a U.S. president, state governors, chief counsels to Fortune 500 companies and U.S. Supreme Court justices.
Since partnering with the institution, the agency has played a pivotal role securing positive media coverage for the school and taking advantage of numerous local and national public relations opportunities.
The development of strategic 12-month public relations plans targeting strong recruitment areas fuels our approach. Efforts are focused on proactively pitching faculty and administration, who have an array of expertise ranging from Detroit’s bankruptcy, food labeling and the Supreme Court to clergy abuse, urban agriculture and human rights.
By positioning these individuals as experts in their respective fields, the agency has obtained exposure for the institution in top-tier law journals, national newspapers and wire services, including The New York Times, USA Today, The Detroit Free Press, U.S. News & World Report, Reuters, Associated Press, Mint Press, Retail Leader, Law 360, and the Times Union.
Faculty and administration have also made appearances on a variety of TV/radio shows such as The Fred Dicker Show, The University of Texas at Brownsville’s Good Books Radio, Girvin & Ferlazzo Law Hour, WAMC’s The Academic Minute and WNYT’s Forum 13. Additionally, we’ve secured numerous faculty book reviews, including The Jewish Herald-Voice; Breakwater Review; The Review of Arts, Literature, Philosophy and the Humanities; and, The Reporter Group.
