Agency Shoots Customer Service Standards Video for 1st National Bank of Scotia

Tuesday, June 11, 2019 -- We recently wrapped up filming a 3-5-minute customer service standards video for 1st National Bank of Scotia.

The video, which was shot at the bank’s Niskayuna branch, will be shown to all employees and provides a brief history of the family-owned bank and the type of warm, friendly service the bank expects its employees to provide to its customers.ervice

Founded in 1923 as the Glenville Bank with three employees and a storefront office on Mohawk Avenue in Scotia, the bank has evolved into an institution with 10 branches in Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga counties and 140 employees.
