Scautub Agency, LLC Appoints Two New Board Members

Thursday, March 25, 2021 -- Scautub Agency, LLC, a subsidiary of the Glenville Bank Holding Company, the parent company of 1st National Bank of Scotia, announces the appointment of two new board members.

Steve Heider of Colonie has been named chairman. The owner of Northway Residential Services, former Town of Colonie police chief and current member of the Town of Colonie planning board and Albany Airport Authority board replaces John Buhrmaster who retired from the insurance subsidiary board after seven years of service.

Kelly Gibbons of Scotia, senior vice president and retail banking manager at 1st National Bank of Scotia, joined the board in January and is up for election to a full term.
