Listen in as Kelly Mahar ’94, Ph.D., director clinical pharmacology modeling and simulation at GlaxoSmithKline, explains how she put her degree from ACPHS into lucrative service to support her goal to earn a Ph.D. from the University of Buffalo. Diverging from her original path of becoming a retail pharmacist, Kelly moved towards the highly specialized drug development work that she now performs. It’s work that she finds to be a perfect fit! Now she encourages ACPHS students to contact alumni to learn more about career opportunities that can grow out of their studies.
