Maguire Cardona, PC Welcomes Watkins As Associate Attorney
Friday, March 19, 2021 -- Albany-based civil litigation general practice firm Maguire Cardona, PC is pleased to announce that Soraya Watkins of Albany has joined the firm as associate attorney.
Watkins focuses her practice on civil litigation, medical malpractice and other personal injury cases.

Prior to joining Maguire Cardona, Watkins worked as an e-discovery attorney for several organizations, where she performed a critical analysis of legal records and assessed evidence for trial. The Richmond, Va. native gained experience in several sectors of civil law, including fraud, misrepresentation, contract breaches, and employment law.
Watkins, who is fluent in French and Spanish, completed her undergraduate degree at Spelman College and earned a joint master’s degree in business administration/law at North Carolina Central University. During her studies she completed numerous internships, where she focused on legal research and writing, trial strategy, and appellate arguments.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Watkins is a member of the New York Bar Association, as well as the Albany and Schenectady County Bar Associations.
