The conference hosts public relations and communications professionals from throughout the district, which includes PRSA chapters in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, the Finger Lakes, and the Capital Region in New York and chapters in Boston, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Rhode Island, for a full day of professional development programming, networking, and discussions on the latest trends, issues, and challenges impacting communications professionals.

“As communications professionals our rapidly changing world demands that we stay on top of current trends and events. We must be able to anticipate and address crisis situations and be the calm, informative voice in the sea of constant change. Sh!ft Happens: Communications Leadership in Changing Times will give attendees the tools they need to confront those challenges. The conference sessions will provide high-level professional development that will renew and strengthen skills, and offer strategies for how to address and manage content for multiple audiences across multiple platforms,” said conference co-chair Josh Poupore, APR of Albany.
